We give 14 days to return candles, but then they must not have been taken out of the packaging and they must be undamaged, the person will then receive a credit note from us. If there is a problem, such as the candles not burning properly, they must be returned to us at Fossheiði 5, and we will assess whether this is a defect or not properly burning the candles. If they are defective, we will send a new candle next week.

All our products are sent to the nearest post office. If you order over ISK 10,000. then free shipping is chosen, otherwise it depends on the post's price list
