We give 14 days to return candles, but then they must not have been taken out of the packaging and they must be undamaged, the person will then receive a credit note from us. If there is a problem, such as the candles not burning properly, they must be returned to us at Fossheiði 5, and we will assess whether this is a defect or not properly burning the candles. If they are defective, we will send a new candle next week.
All our products are sent to the nearest post office.
