We give 14 days to return candles, but then they must not have been removed from the packaging and they must be undamaged, the person in question will then receive a credit note from us. If problems arise such as the candles do not burn properly, they must be returned to us at Fossheiði 5, and we assess whether this is a defect or not.

All our products are sent to the nearest post office.
